You can have all data ChannelSync holds about you or your connected accounts deleted in any of these ways:
Open Settings → Connected accounts and disconnect an account to delete its tokens and cached content, or Settings → Account → Delete account to delete everything.
Removing ChannelSync under Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook, or Settings → Apps and websites on Instagram, sends us an automatic deletion request. We delete the related data within 30 days and you receive a confirmation code you can check at https://channelsync.app/data-deletion/<code>.
Email privacy@channelsync.app from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion". We confirm within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
